    Alumni Spotlight: Julie Ferretti

    #RisingStar Meet Julie Ferretti, a 2018 graduate of Miami Media School. Julie is working as a Producer and Talent at América Radio Miami at El Reventon del Fin de Semana. Julie enrolled at Miami Media School because it provided an efficient pathway to gain the skills needed to pursue her passion for media. She is using those skills as a producer, talent, marketing, and media advisor for America TV El Reventon del Fin de Semana and in training current student interns. Julie’s goal at enrollment was to grow professionally and to launch her career in media doing the kind of work she is doing after graduation. Her advice to current students is, “Be persistent, have a focus, and make the necessary sacrifices to reach your goals.” Local Career Services Director Angel Llamazares had this to say about Julie, “Her charming personality, talents, passion for media, and versatility are key elements for her role as Producer & Talent of the program El Reventon del Fin de Semana.
