We’ve seen tremendous growth in our program since the Colorado Media School first opened in 2001. We’ve outgrown two campuses but continue to call Lakewood home as we are located in the heart of the Belmar shopping district just off 6th Avenue and Wadsworth, not far from downtown Denver. Featuring two internet radio stations, two television studios and audio and video editing stations for our students, someone is always ON-AIR!

Our 11 ½ month training program gives our students hands-on experience learning all of the aspects of radio, television and new media. The technological advancements have kept us reinventing ourselves to keep up with the needs and jobs in this exciting industry. Many graduates, who are now veterans in the broadcasting business, stop by campus regularly to speak to our current students, recruit interns and conduct interviews when their stations are looking to hire.

3 out of 4 graduates find themselves working in the industry in less than a year! We are always looking for opportunities to place future talent in their dream jobs and we have great representation across the nation with three campuses in Ohio, two in Illinois and one in Florida.

If you are looking for a fun and rewarding career, you’ve come to the right place. Can’t wait to have you join us on campus!
