The Ohio Center for Broadcasting in Cleveland is pleased to announce that David Sprouse from the 8/12/14 Afternoon class has been named the 2014 Victor Cortes Award Winner.

David is an exemplary student having completed a very successful internship at IHeartMedia.  In addition, David has been part of OCB’s Premium Externship Program where he partners with smaller non-traditional internships and has attained the status of Super Intern.  On campus, he can be heard on both of our campus radio stations through the week.

The Victor A. Cortes Memorial Scholarship is to honor the memory and legacy of Victor Cortes.  His family created this annual scholarship to provide tuition assistance to one deserving student enrolled full-time at the Ohio Center for Broadcasting in Cleveland, Ohio
